Hi, my name is Lindsay Marie Thomas, and I am a certified personal trainer (ISSA). I have been a personal trainer for over 10 years and love meeting new clients. My passion is to continue to help others achieve their goals through fitness training and creating healthy eating habits.

I enjoy helping my clients create small goals aligned to their long-term desires. My motto is consistency is key to achieve your goals. My specialty is one on one, group, strength, agility, core, and cardio training.

My hometown is Berlin NJ and I graduated from Winslow Twp. H.S. (2003). During my undergrad I attended Florida A&M University on a full track scholarship. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Delaware State University (2010) in Movement Science with a concentration in Strength & Condition.
